Movies Sony’s Horror Movie ‘Horrorscope’ Moves into May 2024 Release Date Screen Gems horror movie had been set for theatrical release on June 28, 2024, a prime summer slot, but we’ve learned this week that Sony has re-dated the movie. Horrorscope Horrorscope will now release in theaters on May 10, 2024 . Why the move? It may have something to do with the fact that A Quiet Place: Day One is currently dated for theatrical release on June 28, moving into that new date just last month. Jacob Batalon (“Reginald the Vampire”), Alana Boden ( The Invitation ), Adain Bradley ( Wrong Turn: The Foundation ) and Avantika ( Senior Year ) will star alongside Humberly González ( Nobody ), Wolfgang Novogratz ( Assassination Nation ), Larsen Thompson (“The Midnight Club”), Harriet Slater (“Pennyworth”) and Olwen Fouéré ( Mandy ). Anna Halberg and Spenser Cohen ( Moonfall ) wrote the script and will direct the movie. “The story follows a group of college friends who after getting their horoscopes read, begin dying in ways connected to their fortunes. Are their fates fatal or can they change what’s written in the stars?” From Screen Gems and Alloy Entertainment, the film is based on a novel by Nicholas Adams .
