In recent years, we’ve been gifted with various video game TV and film adaptations. From the iconic Sonic the Hedgehog film to the tearful The Last of Us series, there are no limits to what can be achieved when bringing stories from video games into a different medium. But, with huge and devoted fan bases, some fans might be worried about whether these adaptations will do the original game justice.
Luckily, we have a lot to be excited about, with many upcoming adaptations of these beloved video games in the works. The possibilities are endless regarding how these films and TV series can turn out. And, by the time they come out, they could become some of our new favorites.

These are the films that we have to look forward to in the upcoming months (or even years). And, despite how hard it might be to wait for them to finally release, our patience will be worth it in the end.

HBO’s The Last of Us TV adaptation is currently ongoing — the much-awaited TV series premiered last month and has been releasing a new episode every week. If you are a fan of TLOU video games, you should definitely watch the TV show to relive the amazing journey of Joel and Ellie.
