With the announcement that Disney’s Hollywood Studios will be hosting a new upcharge holiday party this year, we wanted to drill down more into all of the announced details (so far).
Disney Jollywood Nights Dates, Times, and Pricing
Disney Jollywood Nights will take place on select nights between November 11th and December 20th. The event will run from 8:30pm to 12:30am and guests with a Disney Jollywood Nights event ticket can enter Disney’s Hollywood Studios starting at 7pm. These date-specific event tickets do not require an additional day theme park ticket or theme park reservation. Here are the event dates:
- Saturday, November 11
- Saturday, November 18
- Monday, November 20
- Monday, November 27
- Wednesday, November 29
- Monday, December 4
- Wednesday, December 6
- Saturday, December 16
- Monday, December 18
- Wednesday, December 20
Disney has not released event-specific pricing but says that tickets will range in price from $159 to $179 per ticket, plus tax.
Event tickets go on sale July 6, 2023. Guests of select Walt Disney World Resort hotels can purchase tickets as early as June 29, 2023. This advance purchase window is available to Guests of:
- Walt Disney World Swan Hotel
- Walt Disney World Swan Reserve
- Walt Disney World Dolphin Hotel
- Shades of Green at Walt Disney World Resort
Tickets are limited and may not be available for purchase on the day of the event (or earlier).
Annual Passholders and Disney Vacation Club Members can save $10 per ticket to Disney Jollywood Nights, valid for all event nights.
Disney Jollywood Nights Attractions
Disney has released an initial list of attractions that will be open during the event. Interstingly, Disney will be bringing a Virtual Queue back for Rise of the Resistance only during the event. Rise of the Resistance will remain a standby offering during the day.

Enjoy after-hours access to favorite rides and coasters, such as:
- Rock ‘n’ Roller Coaster Starring Aerosmith
- Slinky Dog Dash
- Star Wars: Rise of the Resistance
- The Twilight Zone Tower of Terror

Virtual Queue for Star Wars: Rise of the Resistance
A virtual queue will be in place for Star Wars: Rise of the Resistance—so you can spend more time on the dance floor, and less time in line.
Disney Jollywood Nights Entertainment & Characters
There will be event-exclusive entertainment for guests attending Disney Jollywood Nights. Here’s what Disney has announced so far.
- Tune in to a musical variety show hosted by Kermit the Frog and Miss Piggy at Theater of the Stars—with special appearances from Princess Tiana, Belle, Minnie Mouse, and Mickey Mouse
- Wrap up the festivities and enjoy the return of Jingle Bell, Jingle BAM!—a seasonal nighttime spectacular that’s jam-packed with music, special effects and dazzling state-of-the-art projections.
- Be welcomed to Jollywood—with a DJ spinning a holiday mix on Hollywood Boulevard.
- See Commissary Lane come to life during a lively Latin street fair full of holiday flair.
- Revel in a jazzy setting at a limited-capacity, Hollywood-themed lounge—located at The Hollywood Brown Derby Restaurant.
- Drop in to the The Hollywood Tower Hotel courtyard for a limited-capacity, otherworldly soirée.
In terms of characters, here’s what Disney has announced:
- Meet Mickey Mouse, Minnie Mouse and the rest of the iconic gang in Animation Courtyard on a hot set with dazzling holiday props.
- Snap a selfie with favorite throwback friends like Powerline Max and Phineas and Ferb at Echo Lake with classic holidays decor.
- Strike a stylish pose with Edna Mode, Dahling – and chill (wink, wink) with one of her super friends at Pixar Plaza.
- Photos of these and other unforgettable moments can be captured by the Disney PhotoPass team, with free digital downloads and two new PhotoPass experiences included with the price of event tickets.

Disney Jollywood Nights Food & Drink
- An array of specialty menu offerings will be available for purchase including Spicy Korean Chicken on a Mini Funnel Cake, as well as sweet treats like a colorful Christmas Tree Cookie Stack inspired by the iconic Echo Lake Christmas Tree.
- Classic cocktails and an assortment of specially-curated holiday beverages will add extra cheer.
