It’s an aftercare fit for a princess. Kate Middleton‘s uncle, who is currently appearing on “Celebrity Big Brother” in the UK, revealed that the Princess of Wales is getting the “best care in the world” after she underwent a surprise abdominal surgery in January. “Because she doesn’t want to talk about it, the last thing I’m going to do is [talk about it],” Middleton’s controversial uncle, Gary Goldsmith, told fellow contestant Ekin-Su Cülcüloğlu during the show’s Season 23 premiere after the British TV personality asked him how his niece was doing. “There is a kind of code or etiquette. If it’s announced, I’ll give you an opinion,” Goldsmith, 58, added on Wednesday. Despite not spilling the tea on the elusive princess, Goldsmith did mention that he’s spoken to both Carole and Pippa Middleton, Kate’s mother and sister, respectively, who told him that the entire Middleton clan has rallied around the Duchess of Cambridge. “All the family has put the wagons down and [are looking] after the family first before anything else,” he went on. “They said, ‘She’s going to take some time to recoup and we’ll see you at Easter.’” Goldsmith’s statements parrots that of palace officials who stated Middleton would unlikely “return to public duties until after Easter.” The clip, which has gained nearly 2 million views, had several users commenting how Cülcüloğlu, 29, should have been a reporter. “Ekin su doing the lords work,” lauged one user. “Investigative journalist ekin su,” a second person commented. “Ekin su is getting ALL the gossip in there,” another fan chuckled. Other users seemed to think that Goldsmith was simply pretending to know what was going on. “He doesn’t know. He has no idea. The family tell him nothing because he blabs to the press,” one user pointed out. “He’s clueless,” simply stated another fan. “Like someone in the family who was going on ‘Big Brother’ would be told anything,” joked a third user, who added: “Family or not. HE DOES NOT KNOW.” Goldsmith’s comments about his niece come as several conspiracy theories — including one that she is in a coma — continue to swirl around the future queen’s disappearance from the world stage. Since her surgery, Middleton has reportedly been recovering in her home at Adelaide Cottage in Windsor. “Kensington Palace made it clear in January the timelines of the princess’ recovery and we’d only be providing significant updates. That guidance stands,” her office told The Post last week, adding that she was “doing well.” On Monday, the mother of three was spotted for the first time since her surgery alongside mom Carole, 69, sitting in the passenger seat of a car. Speculation that the princess was close to returning to her official duties was further fueled when the British Army announced that she’d participate in the Colonel’s Review on June 8. Kate’s name, however, was quietly removed from the site after Kensington Palace claimed they weren’t consulted about her appearance. A rep for Prince William issued a statement to People on Wednesday, saying that “his focus is on his work and not on social media.”
